Here are some initial renderings of the general idea of what we’re after. The area to the right of the breezeway off the house is possibly a “phase II art studio”, area of the home that may be done at the time of the initial build, or possibly built at a later date.
The lot has really nice views of the Heber Valley to the East, and Midway and Deer Creek Reservoir at the top of Provo Canyon to the South, as well as the back side of Mount Timpanogos to the west. Therefore, the house is mostly oriented to the south with views to the east and west, to take advantage of these views as well as passive solar gain.
